Charlotte needs a lift to San Diego General Hospital - can you help one day a week?

Could you drive Charlotte to San Diego General Hospital on Tuesday? A rota of 4 drivers is forming.

Charlotte has been on dialysis for 3 years and until recently drove to San Diego General Hospital alone. After surgery on their hand, Charlotte can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week. We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 12 km each way. Charlotte is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food. Please say which day works for you in the comments. Glad we found this place.
