Carol's colon cancer treatment fund

Carol was diagnosed with colon cancer in May. The oncology team at Leeds Regional Medical Center has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in July. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks. Carol is 41, worked as a construction supervisor until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Leeds Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
