Buddy's a tumor on the spleen: help with the vet bill
A German shepherd named Buddy needs emergency surgery - a $750 bill the family can't cover.

Buddy is my German shepherd of three years. On 7 July we rushed to the Ekurhuleni Emergency Vet Clinic with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $750.
They have stabilized Buddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Buddy is more than a pet - Buddy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $60 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Ekurhuleni Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Buddy's recovery.
Where the $750 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $50
• Emergency surgery: $540
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $160
