Back to business - Emilio's comeback in Louisville
Emilio has run a tailoring shop for twelve years; the demolition of the market destroyed the equipment, and $3,750 will put it back on its feet.

For twelve years I have run a tailoring shop in Louisville. In August, the demolition of the market took three industrial sewing machines. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 4 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $3,750 goes:
• Replacing three industrial sewing machines: $2,850
• Initial stock: fabric and thread: $430
• Shop repairs and licensing: $200
• Working capital for the first month: $270
I hope life is good to you.

Sending good thoughts, Emilio. Hope you get there. Love from Karachi
Praying for you, Emilio. This could happen to any of us. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
You're not alone, Emilio. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My neighbor in Hobart donated after I showed her your page.
