Back to business - Chitra's comeback in Saket
Chitra lost an espresso machine and grinder to a fire in the building and needs $200 to reopen a roadside café and support the family.

For twelve years I have run a roadside café in Saket. In April, a fire in the building took an espresso machine and grinder. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Monday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 12 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $200 goes:
• Working capital for the first month: $85
• Shop repairs and licensing: $60
• Initial stock: coffee and pastries: $55
Every share and every dollar helps.

Stay strong. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'm in farming myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. God bless.
Hope you make a strong comeback. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Thinking of Saket.
