Let's build a youth football pitch together in Tema
Volunteers in Tema are raising $350 for a youth football pitch at the old Acacia bus depot.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a youth football pitch. This year a group of 11 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the old Acacia bus depot, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $350.
It will serve about 442 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $350 goes:
• Permits and inspections: $15
• Safety equipment and signage: $20
• Materials: $315

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Eunice.
Permits and inspections is $15 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Appreciate you taking the time.
