Aurangabad house fire that spread across the block relief - Lakeview village
After the house fire that spread across the block, families in Lakeview village need clean water, roofing materials and bedding.

The house fire that spread across the block hit Lakeview village on 11 November. My home was one of 19 damaged, and 4 families are still in temporary shelter at a borrowed warehouse.
The first few days we shared what little we had. Now the cleanup has started, but we've no money for materials and winter or the rainy season is coming.
Schools in the area have been closed, and the clinic lost its cold storage for vaccines. We're a small community of working families who have never asked for help before.
We have formed a volunteer committee, and I'm the treasurer, so I'll post receipts for everything we buy.
We buy supplies locally and in bulk, so the money goes further. Receipts and photos will be posted in updates.
Where the $1,250 goes:
• Clean water and purification supplies: $110
• Food parcels for displaced families: $260
• Roofing sheets and timber: $700
• Bedding, blankets and mattresses: $180
Thanks for being kind about this.

So sorry you're going through this. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Miami
Wishing you peace, Pradeep. Hope this works out for you. Greetings from Alexandria.
Stay strong, Pradeep. I hope things turn around soon. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
