Anita's stage 3 ovarian cancer treatment fund
Anita is facing stage 3 ovarian cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Anita was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer in July. The oncology team at Biratnagar Cancer Centre has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Anita is 33, worked as a bank teller until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Biratnagar Cancer Centre 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $1,100 goes:
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $95
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $900
• Household costs while unable to work: $105
