Andile's school year: uniform, books and a laptop

Andile earned a place in Year 10 at Pretoria Science Academy, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the biology course, and a uniform. The family has few resources; the list costs $300, which is more than they have. Andile loves biology and wants to become a nurse. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. He will take care of everything given and works very hard. Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag. Where the $300 goes: • Laptop: $155 • School uniform and shoes: $40 • Textbooks and workbooks: $75 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $30 Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot. - Ayanda
