I served eight years in the medical corps and was discharged in 2025 with hearing damage and PTSD. I have been waiting nine months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a trained service dog and handler course. The quote I have comes to $3,650.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Anaïs
Training provider fees is $1,550 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Fair thing to want to know.
