Ana, 77, needs daily care to stay at home, and the family is raising $2,150 for a carer and medicines.

I'm caring for me, who's 77. After worsening Parkinson's disease Ana can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Ana desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 30 hours a week and have cut back to look after her, but we need a part-time carer.
Ana worked all of her life as a seamstress, and raised 2 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for eight months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $2,150 goes:
• Medication and prescriptions: $290
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $210
• Part-time carer (eight months): $1,650
