I make my living with my food truck. 10 weeks ago the radiator and cooling system failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $450. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $450 goes:
• radiator and cooling system replacement (parts): $330
• Labor charges: $65
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $40
• Towing and inspection: $15
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Thanks for sharing this, Ana. This could happen to any of us. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money.
praying for you, Ana. Hope you make a strong comeback.
is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Ana!
Sure. The biggest one is radiator and cooling system replacement (parts), $330. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Thanks for looking so closely.
everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Wish I lived closer to Suwon so I could bring a meal. Take care
Best of luck, Ana. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Thinking of Vitória da Conquista.
Wishing you the best, Ana. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't be hard on yourself for asking.
Hope things get better soon, Ana. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My neighbor in Campinas donated after I showed her your page. Thinking of Vitória da Conquista.
Good luck, Ana. Hope this works out for you. I have a 9 year old who wants to send good wishes too.
