An agronomist's advice for Tanvi's coffee farm in Gujarat
Tanvi, a smallholder in Gujarat, is facing yields that have halved for two seasons and needs advice from an agronomist.

I farm 5 hectares of coffee in Gujarat. This season I'm dealing with yields that have halved for two seasons. I've tried what the local suppliers recommended, but results aren't improving.
I'm looking for an agronomist or experienced grower who can look at photos, soil-test results and my planting plan, and advise on what to change. A 30-minute call or exchange of messages would be fantastic.
I'm happy to share photos and a soil test. I'm using only what I can afford, so low-cost suggestions are best. I'll share how it goes - and what worked - to help others in the community.
Thank you so much.

Wishing you the best, Tanvi. Shared it with a few friends. All the best.
Best of luck, Tanvi. Hope you get there. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Blessings.
Best of luck. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Greetings from Milan.
Take care, Tanvi. Small businesses are the heart of Ahmedabad. Hope you're open again soon. After 26 years in logistics I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Mumbai
