An adapted tricycle would give Wendy independence - we're $750 away.

Wendy lives with profound hearing loss. The occupational therapist at the Sydney Rehabilitation Centre has assessed her and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $750. Her current equipment is 14 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 10 weeks. With the right equipment Wendy could join the school sports day. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing. Where the $750 goes: • First-year servicing plan: $370 • Fitting and training sessions: $260 • Delivery and set-up: $120 If you're reading this, thank you.

Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. first-year servicing plan comes first ($370) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Happy to explain more.
