An adapted tricycle for Sathi: help me move freely
Sathi needs an adapted tricycle that the health system won't fund; the cost is $100.

I live with muscular dystrophy. My occupational therapist at the Cox's Bazar Mobility Clinic has assessed me and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $100.
My current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 12 weeks.
With the right equipment I could join the school sports day. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $100 goes:
• First-year servicing plan: $45
• Fitting and training sessions: $25
• Delivery and set-up: $30
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Thinking of you, Sathi. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't give up.
