Allan was diagnosed with colon cancer in April. The oncology team at the Quezon City Oncology Institute has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in August. He will be away from work for about 3 weeks. Allan is 41, worked as a hairdresser until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Quezon City Oncology Institute 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
