Ahmed's path to healing - trauma-focused CBT in Ekurhuleni
Ahmed is working through the miscarriage and needs help paying for 24 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After the miscarriage, Ahmed has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Ekurhuleni cost $25 each.
Ahmed has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Ahmed could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
