Aadhya was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in March. The oncology team at the Bengaluru Oncology Institute has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in July. She will be away from work for about 12 weeks. Aadhya is 24, worked as a shop owner until March, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Bengaluru Oncology Institute 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment. Where the $1,250 goes: • Scans and lab work: $150 • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $960 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $140 Every share and every dollar helps.
