A youth football pitch: a volunteer-led effort in Bucaramanga
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a youth football pitch - we need $600 for materials.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a youth football pitch. This year a group of 21 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Pioneer vacant lot, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $600.
It will serve about 169 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in January and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $600 goes:
• Materials: $340
• Permits and inspections: $30
• Safety equipment and signage: $125
• Tools hire and delivery: $105
