A working laptop for Maverick's online degree in Los Angeles
A modest, working laptop is all that stands between Maverick and a full online workload.

I'm Maverick, a software engineering student in Los Angeles. My laptop broke 8 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Los Angeles.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

So sorry you're going through this, Maverick. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Put this on a community board in Celaya this morning.
You're not alone, Maverick. Good luck with the exams, you've got this
