A weekly visit for Faith, 85, who lives alone in Los Angeles
Faith lives alone and has no family nearby; a weekly hour of conversation would transform the week.

I'm writing for my neighbor Faith, who's 85. Faith lives alone in Los Angeles, and lost a son last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away.
Faith loves local history, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Friday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
Thank you so much.

Take care, Weston. This could happen to any of us. Put this on a community board in Pune this morning. Blessings
Hope things get better soon, Weston. Hope you get there. Thinking of Los Angeles.
Best of luck. Shared this with my family. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Thinking of Los Angeles.
Wishing Faith a smooth procedure and a full recovery. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Take care

Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. We're a small family in Turin but we're thinking of you.
