A weekly visit for Camilla, 75, who lives alone in Bologna
Looking for a friendly person in Bologna to visit Camilla once a week.
🇮🇹 Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy226 views
I'm writing for my neighbor Camilla, who's 75. Camilla lives alone in Bologna, and lost a sister last year. The nearest family lives on the other side of the country.
Camilla loves local history, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Wednesday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Hope it all works out, Cristina. Shared it with a few friends. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless.
Hope it all works out. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We're a small family in Iztapalapa but we're thinking of you.
Hang in there, Cristina. Wishing Camilla a smooth procedure and a full recovery. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Take care
Stay strong, Cristina. This could happen to any of us. My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Thinking of Bologna.
Sending good thoughts, Cristina. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes.
