A rota of drivers to the Salé Kidney Centre would keep Yasir on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Yasir has been on dialysis for 4 years and until recently drove to the Salé Kidney Centre alone. After surgery on their hand, Yasir can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 10 km each way.
Yasir is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
