A weekly ride to Nairobi General Hospital for Byaruhanga
Byaruhanga needs dialysis three times a week and has lost the ability to drive; volunteer drivers can each take one day.

Byaruhanga has been on dialysis for 3 years and until recently drove to Nairobi General Hospital alone. After an eyesight problem, Byaruhanga can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 28 km each way.
Byaruhanga is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Hang in there, Atim. It takes guts to ask. Well done. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Blessings
good luck, Atim. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My neighbor in Madina donated after I showed her your page. Love from Madina
