A weekly ride to Los Angeles Regional Medical Center for Kylie
A rota of drivers to Los Angeles Regional Medical Center would keep Kylie on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Kylie has been on dialysis for 5 years and until recently drove to Los Angeles Regional Medical Center alone. After surgery on their hand, Kylie can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 9 km each way.
Kylie is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

wishing you peace, Alice. This could happen to any of us. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Take care
Sending strength, Alice. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Sent it to 33 people at work. Thinking of Los Angeles.
Thinking of you and your family. Hope this works out for you. Sent it to 39 people at work. Thinking of Los Angeles.
Sending good thoughts. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. After 19 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Indore.
rooting for you, Alice. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. God bless.
Wishing you peace, Alice. Wishing Kylie a smooth procedure and a full recovery. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Thinking of Los Angeles
Best of luck. I hope things turn around soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Take care.
Thanks for sharing this, Alice. Hope this works out for you. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
