The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $3,200, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $2,250 short. my daughter has been in and out of Saint-Denis Community Hospital since January. The doctors say endometriosis requiring surgery will get worse without knee replacement surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $3,200 is more than we can find. While we wait, Laura struggles with daily life and can't stand for more than ten minutes.
