After a major depressive episode, I have been mostly housebound for 4 weeks. My family live far away, and the days can feel very long. I'm not looking for therapy - I've that covered - but for conversation.
I'm hoping for someone who can call for about 30 minutes once a week whenever suits us both. I like music, books and gardening, and can listen to anything.
This can be from anywhere in the world as long as you speak English. We can arrange the calls through the platform, with email shared only when we're both comfortable.
Thanks for even thinking about it.

Take care. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Thinking of Sherbrooke.
Looking forward to the next update. I have a 6 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Love from Phoenix
Take care. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Please keep us posted. Greetings from Dresden.
Thinking of you, Adeline. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Take care.
praying for you. Hope this works out for you. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.
Wishing you peace. Wishing Adeline a smooth procedure and a full recovery. Thinking of Sherbrooke.
best of luck. Get well soon. I went through something like this 13 years ago and strangers helped me out. Blessings.
Hope things get better soon. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. It's not much but it's yours
