Looking for a front-end developer or designer to build a one-page site for Friends of Liberty Park.

Friends of Liberty Park is a small seniors' association in Shinjuku that serves about 382 people each year. We've been running on word of mouth and social media, and we need a simple website with information, volunteer sign-up and a donate button.
We have the content, logo and photos ready. We need someone who can design and build it, and show our volunteer how to update it. We'd estimate 20-30 hours of work.
Ideally it should be fast on mobile, accessible, and use inexpensive hosting. We have a domain already.
Please reply with a link to similar work. We can't pay, but we can offer a reference, a public thank-you, and a lot of thanks.
Glad we found this place.

Thinking of you, Mana. This could happen to any of us. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
You're not alone. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day
