Sathish lives with profound hearing loss. The occupational therapist at Saket General Hospital has assessed him and recommended a stair-climbing aid. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $850. His current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 8 weeks. With the right equipment Sathish could join the school sports day. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered. Where the $850 goes: โ€ข stair-climbing aid: $750 โ€ข Fitting and training sessions: $45 โ€ข Delivery and set-up: $10 โ€ข First-year servicing plan: $45 Thank you for reading my story. - Swetha
