A solar-powered water pump for the Pioneer health centre yard: help our neighbors in Liverpool
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a solar-powered water pump - we need $3,050 for materials.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a solar-powered water pump. This year a group of 29 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Pioneer health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $760, and the remaining cost is $3,050.
It will serve about 537 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
