A sensory garden for children with autism: a volunteer-led effort in Wrocław
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a sensory garden for children with autism - we need $950 for materials.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a sensory garden for children with autism. This year a group of 13 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Liberty Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $950.
It will serve about 411 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in May and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $950 goes:
• Permits and inspections: $50
• Safety equipment and signage: $90
• Materials: $810
