A repair café workshop for the Sycamore community hall: help our neighbors in Boulogne-Billancourt
A community-led a repair café workshop at the Sycamore community hall that will serve 538 neighbors.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a repair café workshop. This year a group of 29 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Sycamore community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $3,050.
It will serve about 538 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in May and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $3,050 goes:
• Materials: $2,400
• Safety equipment and signage: $390
• Permits and inspections: $260
