A playground for the Freedom health centre yard: help our neighbors in Kharkiv
Volunteers in Kharkiv are raising $550 for a playground at the Freedom health centre yard.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a playground. This year a group of 22 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Freedom health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $270, and the remaining cost is $550.
It will serve about 348 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in March and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $550 goes:
• Materials: $450
• Permits and inspections: $30
• Safety equipment and signage: $35
• Tools hire and delivery: $35
