My brother Rohit has been accepted for treatment at the Nizamabad Cancer Centre in Nizamabad, starting on Tuesday in December. We live 389 km away in a village four hours away, and hotel costs would use up what we have set aside for the treatment itself. We're looking for a room, granny flat or short-term rental within about 30 minutes of the hospital, for 4 weeks. Two of us would stay: Rohit and me. We can contribute $25 a week and cook for the household if you'd like. Rohit will have some immune precautions, so a clean, smoke-free place would be ideal. A kitchen is a bonus. Thank you. Glad we found this place.

  • Sending good thoughts, Priya. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. Greetings from Ikeja

    • Hope things get better soon, Priya. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. All the best!

      • Hang in there, Priya. I hope things turn around soon. Wish I lived closer to Buenos Aires so I could bring a meal. Greetings from Lapu-Lapu!

        • Best of luck, Priya. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My neighbor had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best.

          • Sending love. Wishing Rohit a smooth procedure and a full recovery!
