A place to stay near Rome University Hospital while Sergio receives treatment
A family from a village four hours away needs lodging in Rome while a child is treated.

My father Sergio has been accepted for treatment at Rome University Hospital in Rome, starting on Wednesday in January. We live 310 km away in a village four hours away, and hotel costs would use up what we have set aside for the treatment itself.
We're looking for a room, granny flat or short-term rental within about 30 minutes of the hospital, for 3 weeks. Two of us would stay: Sergio and me. We can contribute $80 a week and cook for the household if you'd like.
Sergio will have some immune precautions, so a clean, smoke-free place would be ideal. A kitchen is a bonus. Thank you.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
- effort
- 3–6 weeks
- format
- In person in Rome
- skills
- a spare room near the hospital
