A pair of hearing aids for Isak: help Isak move freely
Isak needs a pair of hearing aids that the health system won't fund; the cost is $7,000.

Isak lives with a spinal cord injury. The occupational therapist at the Stockholm Rehabilitation Centre has assessed him and recommended a pair of hearing aids. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $7,000.
His current equipment is 8 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 6 weeks.
With the right equipment Isak could speak with the people around him. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.

• Fitting and training sessions: $270
• Delivery and set-up: $120
• First-year servicing plan: $110
