A roofer is needed to repair a leaking gas line at the home of a family of 6.

In July an inspector told me that my home has a leaking gas line. It's a safety risk for me and my two small children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $510 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed roofer who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $30.
The job should take about six hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a roofer and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Take care, Fernando. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier
Hope it all works out. Gave what I could, wish it was more. After 29 years in teaching I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best.
Shared it with a few friends. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Love from San Jose
