Hazel is my rabbit of two years. On 29 August we rushed to the Calamba Emergency Vet Clinic with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Hazel, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Hazel is more than a pet - Hazel is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $30 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Calamba Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals. Where the $250 goes: • Hospitalization (3 nights): $105 • Medication and follow-up visits: $30 • Emergency surgery: $115 Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
