A licensed HVAC technician to fix a dangerous fault at Teresa's home in San Jose
Looking for a licensed HVAC technician in San Jose to donate time or work at cost.

In July an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my two small children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $2,200 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $190.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Wishing you peace, Teresa. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. God bless.
It takes guts to ask. Well done. It's not much but it's yours. Love from Kota.
Thanks for sharing this. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My neighbor in Cardiff donated after I showed her your page
Best of luck, Teresa. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
Rooting for you, Teresa. Shared it with a few friends. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. All the best!
