A kind person to sit with my wife on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in Raleigh

I'm Asher, and I look after my wife at home in Raleigh. Leah has failing eyesight and should not be alone for long stretches. I work part-time at the shop, and the gap on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons is the hardest part of my week. What I need is someone calm and reliable to be in the house from about 12.30 until 5.30. Mostly that means company, a cup of tea, lunch and a short walk if the weather is kind. No lifting and no medical care. Leah loves crosswords and will talk your ear off about it. I'm home before dark and will always leave the phone numbers of the doctor and a neighbor. I'd like to meet you first with Leah present, and I'm happy to give a reference from my employer. If you have done care work before, wonderful, but kindness matters more. I'll be so grateful for any help at all.
