A kind person to sit with my father on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in Sacramento

I'm Grayson, and I look after my father at home in Sacramento. Howard has poor mobility after a hip operation and should not be alone for long stretches. I work nights, and the gap on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons is the hardest part of my week. What I need is someone calm and reliable to be in the house from about 1pm until 6pm. Mostly that means company, a cup of tea, lunch and a short walk if the weather is kind. No lifting and no medical care. Howard loves her grandchildren and will talk your ear off about it. I'm home before dark and will always leave the phone numbers of the doctor and a neighbor. I'd like to meet you first with Howard present, and I'm happy to give a reference from my employer.
