A few pages of Portuguese to translate for a school application
I need a medical report translated from Portuguese into English for a job application. It's about 3 pages. Can you help?

I'm Kato, and I live in Mbale. For a job application I have to submit a medical report in English, and the original is in Portuguese. A certified translator quoted me more than I can pay.
It's about 3 pages and not technical. If you speak both languages well, I'd be so grateful for your time, even if you can't give an official certification. I can tell you if the office needs a stamp, and I'll try to find someone to do just that afterwards.
I'm in no rush if you tell me roughly when, but the deadline is about 4 weeks away.
Thank you for reading and for any time you can spare.
