Union Primary School needs a community garden - Kinsley's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a community garden - we need $600 for materials.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a community garden. This year a group of 26 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Union Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $600.
It will serve about 254 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in September and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $600 goes:
• Safety equipment and signage: $270
• Tools hire and delivery: $140
• Permits and inspections: $190
