A day in the garden: help Ihor in Saint Petersburg
Ihor, 73, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 73 and I have lived in this house in Saint Petersburg for 44 years. After the storm in August, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Hope things get better soon, Ihor. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected
