Vitaly lives with an amputation below the knee. The occupational therapist at the Odesa Mobility Clinic has assessed him and recommended a communication tablet with eye tracking. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $750. His current equipment is 14 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 6 weeks. With the right equipment Vitaly could attend work interviews. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
