A carer needs a night's sleep: could you sit with Sarah on Friday?

I'm asking for one night a week where someone I trust stays in the house so I can sleep.

I'm Logan. For 1 years I've cared for my mother, who needs help at night several times. I haven't slept through in a long time and I'm starting to make mistakes. I'm hoping for someone who could stay one night a week, from about 9pm to 7am, in our spare room. You would only need to help Sarah to the toilet and get back to bed. Sarah sleeps well once settled, and I'll leave clear notes. I can't pay much, but I can give a small thank-you and good breakfast. If you've done night care before or work in health care, you'd be perfect. Thank you for reading, and for even thinking about it.

I am retired and have plenty of time. I could come for a few hours a week. Just let me know.

I have looked after my own mother and I know how tiring it is. I could do Friday afternoons if that suits. Happy to chat first.
