I'm launching a craft brewery in Colombo next November. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a craft brewery, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I hope life is good to you.

Good luck, Yashodha. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Love from Dodoma
Good luck. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. All the best
Hope things get better soon. Looking forward to the next update. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Blessings
