Vitaly is launching a photography studio and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a photography studio in Saint Petersburg next October. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out. I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a photography studio, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers. If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it. I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Small businesses are the heart of Saint Petersburg. Hope you're open again soon. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. God bless
