Sylvie is launching a co-working café and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a co-working café in Paris next July. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a co-working café, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Hang in there. Hope the shop reopens soon. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
Gave what I could, wish it was more. Put this on a community board in Taguig this morning. All the best.
