I'm launching a cleaning company in Rosario next October. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a cleaning company, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Wish I lived closer to Newcastle so I could bring a meal. Thinking of Rosario.
hope things get better soon. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Love from Derry.
